陈林满珍，祖籍番禺区，是陈瑞球先生的太太。林女士热情支持陈瑞球先生到番禺投资办厂，她捐款给何添颐养园、番禺教育基金会和番禺人民医院，助建医疗大楼。

陈林满珍多年来共捐款200多万元。1994年10月，经番禺市人民政府提名，番禺市第十二届人大常委会第九、第十、第十一次会议决定，授予林满珍女士“番禺市荣誉市民”称号。2000年9月转授“广州市荣誉市民”称号。
