小儿高热是指小儿体温超过39℃，是儿科临床最常见的症状，多见于6个月至3岁的小儿。多起病急，体温39℃以上，表现为怕冷、发热、周身不适、食欲缺乏等。引起发热的原因很多，临床分为感染性与非感染性两大类，以前者多见。
