施孝长（1888-1974），原名孝长，字教长，号宋丁、磊翁、墨池上人，生于四川成都，祖籍溧阳市。他的家族世代以书画为业。

人物介绍

1925年考入上海艺术大学，后任教于重庆艺专、成都华西中学、成都师范大学等校，1929年创办成都艺术学院。1938、1945年先后举办过两次书画展，社会影响颇大。解放后被聘为四川省文史研究馆馆员。施老金石书画诗文韵律及考证等功底深厚，无一不能无一不精
