黄承玄（1564年—1620年），字履常，号与参，嘉兴市府秀水县（今嘉兴市）人，明朝丙戌科进士。他曾担任福建省巡抚，主要从事福建的军政事务。作为一位政治家，黄承玄在明朝历史上留下了自己的印记。
