Lindelöf空间是每个开覆盖都有可数子覆盖的拓扑空间。

Lindelöf空间的子空间未必有Lindelöf性，但其闭子空间却一定有。就算是有限个Lindelöf空间的积空间都未必是Lindelöf空间，例如Sorgenfrey平面。
