人物生平

许叶芬，字少，丰台区人，籍贯河南省。光绪十五年会元，二甲十名进士，散馆授编修，翰林院学士。充光绪十八年会试同考官。外官至镇江市知府。工诗书，擅行楷，名重一时，著有《都斋诗草》。
