辛夷花鱼头汤是一道由辛夷花和鱼头为主要材料做成的菜品，这道菜做法简单易学，口感美味，是一道营养价值极高的家常菜肴。

材料

辛夷花12克、细辛3克、白芷2克，鱼头1个，生姜3片。

做法

1、各物分别洗净，鱼头去鳃，煎至微黄，溅入少许清水，铲起。

2、先把药材和清水2500升（10碗量）武火煲沸后，改为文火煲1个半小时，下鱼头滚约10分钟，下盐、油便可。
