范宽之，宋朝齐州（今山东济南）人，曾任尚书刑部郎中、知州。其父范讽在北宋赵恒和赵祯两朝任职，曾任龙图阁直学士。范宽之的祖父范正辞在赵光义年间任侍御史知杂事。
