新锡路为无锡市城市快速路系统的重要组成部分，新锡路（金城东路—锡沪路）长约4.4公里。

基本介绍

全线基本选取高架+地面道路的布置形式。高架均按城市快速路标准设计，设计时速80公里/小时，标准断面为双向6车道，单向车道宽为11.5米，高架桥总宽24.5米。地面道路根据不同路段的情况布设双向4～6车道，地面路段均按城市主干道标准设计。
