萌古公主，出生于950年，耶律阮耶律平女，母皇后萧撒葛只。公主出生不久母萧皇后就被耶律察割杀害。

世宗怀节皇后萧氏，小字撒葛只，淳钦皇后（述律平）弟阿古只之女。帝为永康王，纳之，生景宗（耶律贤）。天禄末，立为皇后。明年秋，生萌古公主。在，察割作乱，弑太后（甄皇后）及帝。后乘步，直诣察割，请毕收殓。明日遇害。谥曰孝烈方皇后。重熙二十一年，更今谥。
