陈在正（1926～ ）闽清县人。1951年毕业于厦门大学历史系，后留校从事中国近代史的教学和台湾史的研究。为厦门大学台湾研究所研究员，曾任历史系主任、台湾研究所所长等职。

合作出版《清代台湾档案史料丛刊》、《清代台湾史研究》，发表论文40多篇。曾获福建省社会科学优秀成果三等奖，1960年被评为福建省文化教育战线先进工作者。
