韩粹彦（1065-1118），字师美，相州安阳（今河南省安阳市）人，韩琦第四子。因门荫而成为大理评事。元丰六年（1083年），担任选监相州酒税。赵煦即位后，负责监督相州草场。

经历

元祐五年，除国子监主簿。绍圣元年，改光禄寺主簿，迁卫尉寺丞，提举京东路常平等事，除尚书司勋员外郎。崇宁元年，迁吏部员外郎，升郎中。二年，出知陈州。终龙图阁学士。
