《皇明千家姓》是明代吴沉、刘仲质编写的蒙学课本，一卷。

正文

收单姓一千七百六十八，复姓二百，共一千九百六十八姓，二千一百六十八字。改用“朱”字居首，四言押韵。末尾有若干歌功颂德、喜庆吉利的句子。有洪武十四年(1381)乔山刘龙田刊本。已佚。《明文衡》有吴沉《进千家姓表》。
