岸信周（？-1565年9月22日），日本战国时代武将，美浓堂洞城城主，父亲为佐藤信连。最初以佐藤氏为姓，家祖为藤原秀郷。

仕官于斋藤氏。

1547年参加加纳口之战，击杀织田信秀之侄织田信十郎。并因此受到奖状。

1565年与加治田城主佐藤忠能激战，战败自杀。
