旋缝虫科 　　分类地位：旋缝虫科（Spirosuturidae）是原生动物门、粘体动物门、粘孢子虫纲、双壳目的一科。

形态特征：孢子具2壳片，缝脊波浪形扭曲，2个极囊位于孢子一端。有嗜碘泡。

生活习性：淡水鱼类组织中寄生。

主要属：仅有旋缝虫属（Spirosuturia Chen & Hsieh，1984）1属。此属已记录3种：鲫旋缝虫（S. carassii Chen & Hsieh）、鲢旋缝虫（S. hypophthalmichthydis Chen & Hsieh）、拉萨旋缝虫（S. ihasaensis Xiao & Chen）。
