新西兰棘（学名：Acanthoclinus rua），又名小岩鱼，是辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目鮗科棘鮗属的一种鱼类。栖息在潮间带的岩石区，属肉食性，雄鱼有护卵的行为。

形态特征

新西兰棘鮗体细长而侧扁，呈褐色。背鳍鳍条12~14；臀鳍鳍条14~15。前额有淡色条纹，鳃盖上有较深的斑点。背鳍和臀鳍带有橙色尖端。未分开的下侧线和下巴上的单对毛孔区别于其他同属鱼类，体长可达11.5厘米。

分布范围

分布于西南太平洋区的新西兰海域。
