虾子豆腐是一道名菜，以虾子，老豆腐为原料制作，味鲜、适口、软脆。

原料

虾子、北豆腐

辅料

盐、葱、糖、水淀粉、香油、酱油、鸡精、食用油

做法

1. 将豆腐切成小块用开水焯一下捞出放入盘中，虾子泡好控干水分，葱洗净切成末；

2. 坐锅点火倒油，油五成热时，放入虾子、葱末炒出香味倒入盘中；

3. 坐锅点火放入油，油热倒入炒好的虾子、豆腐块、糖、盐、酱油、香油、鸡精，开锅后用水淀粉勾薄芡，炒匀出锅即可。
