食物做法

1.扁豆用开水浸泡10分钟，去皮，洗净，上笼蒸酥取出剁成茸。

2.炒锅放在火上，下油加热至四成油温，下扁豆茸炒至翻沙，加白糖、玫瑰炒匀，起锅装盘即成。
