英国电影学院奖最佳女主角（英国电影和电视艺术学院 Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role）是英国电影学院奖的奖项，颁发给前一年度电影类表现最佳的女演员，于1952年开始颁发。1952年—1967年分为“最佳英国女演员”与“最佳外国女演员”两种奖项，1968年—1984年合并为“最佳女演员”，1985年起改称“最佳女主角”。
