旱河位于大兴区东部。凤河的一条主要支流，起源于魏善庄乡羊房村北，途经5乡，至蒲洲营入凤河。全长17．1公里，流域面积为57．4平方公里。最大设计流量为45．9立方米/秒。沿河建有节制闸3座，桥17座，倒虹吸2处。
