朱雷章，1905年7月25日出生，1995年1月6日去世，字震初，江苏省昆山市锦溪镇人。曾任南京国民政府监察院监察委员、整理法规委员会委员，第二、三届高等考试监试委员，中国考政学会第一、二、三届理事长。解放后曾任江苏省文史研究馆馆员。
