万建昆，字季瑜，江西南昌府南昌县东溪人，明朝政治人物，同进士出身。他是万廷言的长子。万历十七年（1589年）进士，曾担任湖广荆州府推官和礼部主事。因涉及“第一次妖书案”，被戍至广西思恩军民府武缘县（今广西壮族自治区武鸣区）典史。
