主料：豆腐一块，海苔一张，

辅料：生抽2勺，鱼露1勺，糖2勺，蚝油少许，葱花少许，

做法步骤

1.豆腐切块中火煎到金黄。

2.生抽，糖，蚝油，鱼露，混合成酱汁待用。

3.底油热好后倒入酱汁，加入豆腐翻面蘸些酱汁就可以起锅，摆盘，撒上切碎的海苔和葱花。
