东梁二庄村，106国道纵贯东、西梁二庄中间。隶属梁二庄镇。

有458户，1816人，耕地5077亩，人均纯收入2668元。明迁民立村，后因疾病流行，大批死亡，只剩下东、西头两户人家，人称为“两二庄”，后渐变为梁庄、梁二庄。1945年11月分为东、西梁二庄。地势平坦，潮土地。主产棉花、小麦、杂粮等。村户办企业发展较快，商贸繁盛，农历二、四、七、九为集日。
