霸陵县是中国古代的一个县名，位于今西安市境内。该县最初名为芷阳县，后因刘恒时期霸陵的修建而改名为霸陵县。新朝时期，该县被称为水章县。到了三国时期的曹魏，县名再次更改，称为霸城县。现在，霸陵县的县治所在地被认为是位于灞桥区新筑街道新寺村西侧的新寺遗址。
