王钦卢，陇西县豪族之一，曾随姚弋仲仕后赵，为左将军。357年四月，其随姚襄欲争渭河平原，与姚兰、姚益生等招纳羌、胡及秦民五万余户，然后向关中进攻。前秦苻生派大将苻黄眉、苻道、苻坚、邓羌等率军抵抗。五月，秦军采用激将法，引姚襄出战，然后夹击，姚襄马倒，被擒斩于三原县（今陕西省冯），襄军大溃，其随姚苌降秦。
